I joined Principal People in April 2003 as a consultant and in early 2005 was promoted to Manager whilst continuing to recruit. I am a Full Member of the REC. Working for Principal People is very rewarding. Our ultimate aim is to help candidates find their perfect job and clients the perfect fit. The team is dedicated to providing you with the best possible service. As the Manager and a Recruitment Consultant I am in constant contact with our customers and hear what you have to say. Ross Brander - ConsultantRoss Brander- Consultant
Upon completing my BA in Fine Art & Media production, I spent several years working in the film industry before joining Principal People in June 2006. I now have just under two year’s experience in recruitment, where I have been focusing on permanent placements in construction, property and engineering. I hold Membership status with the Recruitment and Employment Confederation, and am currently completing the REC diploma with the aim of eventually gaining fellowship.

I am in my 1st year with Principal People as a Recruitment Consultant. My background is in sales and I previously worked for a National Recruitment Agency. With a qualification at Certificate Level in Recruitment, I am planning to study for the REC Diploma. I enjoy dealing with people on a daily basis and receive real satisfaction from helping candidates find their ideal role. I have experience of working with clients in sectors such as Education, Local Government, Aerospace and Waste Management.

Dawn Barden - Resourcer and

I joined Principal People in 2001 as a Recruitment Consultant running the care division. After returning from maternity leave in 2003, I became the Recruitment Resourcer for the Health & Safety Team, assisting the Consultants with all their administration needs.  I have now taken on the running of the training desk providing a wide range of Health & Safety courses such as fire training and accident investigation to all industry sectors.
