This year's Eyes Right Charity Concert 2006 has helped raise money to buy a Heidelburg Retinal Tonnographer for St Peter's Eye Unit Runnymede, Surrey – this is a state of the art machine which helps diagnose and monitor glaucoma, therefore improving the quality of care to existing patients and improving early diagnosis. |

The Concert
Handel – Messiah was performed on Saturday 9th September at 7:30 pm at the newly refurbished St Pauls church in Addlestone. St Pauls was burnt down two years ago and has been rebuilt exquisitely. It also now has very comfortable seating and very fine acoustics for a concert with a loop system for people with hearing difficulties.
Neil Ferris is the Director and conductor of the concert which featured Concordia Voices and ensemble with outstanding soloists. |

Principal People Chairman Frances Davies set up Eyes Right in 2003. Principal People has helped and sponsored many charities since its inception in 1986 and now its main charities are Eyes Right and A C Lyne, the boy’s football team in Lyne Chertsey.
Principal People Health and Safety Recruitment is the leader in its field and this year is its 20th Anniversary.
Frances (and her mother) who both suffer from glaucoma have found the eye unit at St Peters to be absolutely excellent which prompted Frances to set up a small committee to form the Eyes Right Charity under the umbrella of the Friends of St Peters. |
